Whenever I read stories of inspiring people or hear motivational talks by those who have succeeded, there is one common theme: they always tell you to follow your passion. It makes sense, but what happens if you are passionate about many things and cannot seem to choose? What if, you are a very curious person who is interested in all that is creative? What about being passionate about life in general? I have always been what is generally called an “all rounder”. Sometimes I do wish I had one great driving passion, but all in all I feel very happy being an all rounder. It means I can mix and match and enjoy all sorts of interesting things; it means I can juggle a family, friends, a job, and never get bored.
This blog reflects my many interests and my approach to life and all the beautiful things we can see from our own personal windows. It is mainly about design, because that is what I do most of the time. I am Designer (see Storialab) but much more an Organizer and Problem Solver. Born in Italy, schooled in England, matured in Spain and settled in Austria, I seem to have a knack helping others with their designs and bringing out their full potential; that is why I love teaching. I like creative people, and beautiful understated objects that have a story to share.
I only write about things I have found interesting or thought provoking. Also, I only write about things I have seen with my own eyes and touched with my own hands. As a proof, all pictures are taken by me, mostly with my i-phone, occasionally with my Leica. Because I am not a professional photographer I enjoy using Instagram filters. My texts are purposefully short so you can read them on the go.
